Job Requirements

  • Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Capable of performing well under pressure
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills
  • Be at least 21 years old to handle and serve alcohol
  • Prior experience in serving and bartending is advantageous
  • Required to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Must be knowledgeable in the preparation of classic and trending cocktails in a fast, efficient and responsible manner
  • Provide an exceptional experience to the membership
  • Help place orders for product
  • Help conduct monthly inventories
  • Keep the bar clean and products stocked and organized
  • Prepare drinks for members
  • Ensure all drinks are rung in the POS
  • Will be scheduled to work as bartender for banquet events when needed
  • Maintain liquor, wine and beer menus
  • May be asked to pick up tables as needed
  • Assist in closing the building by completing tasks and collaborating effectively with the team and ensure side work is completed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in serving and bartending preferred
  • Knowledge of classic and trending cocktail preparation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Valid SIPS and TIPS certification
  • Food Handler Certification

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to members
  • Prepare classic and trending cocktails in a fast, efficient, and responsible manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Assist with placing product orders and conducting monthly inventories
  • Ensure all drinks are accurately rung in the POS system
  • Support bar service at banquet events as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to complete closing duties and side work
