Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and move continuously for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear required protective gear such as masks and gloves
- Ability to frequently wash hands and handle disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food and beverages
- Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, attentive service
- Accurately take and deliver orders
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously
