Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum of 1-year experience in food service or hospitality desired
  • ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
  • ability to create memorable guest experiences
  • gain proficiency in the restaurant's menu
  • enthusiastic about our offerings
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management
  • good judgment skills and adaptive attitude
  • possession of all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location
  • ability to stand for full shift
  • ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • must have good hearing for accurate communication with guests
  • ability to work in areas of loud noise
  • required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
  • ability to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors
  • ability to tolerate potential exposure to allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
  • ability to work varied schedule including weekends

Job Duties

  • Ready stations before opening and closing shifts
  • complete scheduled side work to enable full focus on guest care
  • communicate effectively with customers and help them with their food and beverage selection
  • manage tables and overall guest experience
  • maintain a professional, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude
  • transmit orders to the bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices
  • identify guests' special dietary needs and special requests
