Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Weekend availability required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Alcohol server permit may be required for some locations
- Ability to walk and stand throughout entire shift
- Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequently wash hands
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures
- Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and coworkers
- Multi-task oriented
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Any required certifications such as alcohol server permits
Job Duties
- Welcome guests after they are seated
- Exhibit professional attitude and presentation per appearance and dress standards
- Know the menu including ingredients and prices
- Explain specials and make recommendations to guests
- Take food orders and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and proper preparation
- Perform all table service functions with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Anticipate the needs of guests
- Demonstrate service attitude with staff and customers
- Perform assigned side work and roll silverware
- Assist team members as necessary
- Help maintain service station during shift
- Buss tables, seat guests, assist hosts, take to-go orders, and maintain front of house cleanliness
- Accurately report tip income daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
