Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Weekend availability required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Alcohol server permit may be required for some locations
  • Ability to walk and stand throughout entire shift
  • Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe
  • Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
  • Frequently wash hands
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and coworkers
  • Multi-task oriented
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
  • Any required certifications such as alcohol server permits

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests after they are seated
  • Exhibit professional attitude and presentation per appearance and dress standards
  • Know the menu including ingredients and prices
  • Explain specials and make recommendations to guests
  • Take food orders and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and proper preparation
  • Perform all table service functions with a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Anticipate the needs of guests
  • Demonstrate service attitude with staff and customers
  • Perform assigned side work and roll silverware
  • Assist team members as necessary
  • Help maintain service station during shift
  • Buss tables, seat guests, assist hosts, take to-go orders, and maintain front of house cleanliness
  • Accurately report tip income daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned
