Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
State-mandated beverage service certification if required by state law
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for providing excellent guest experiences
Ability to work flexible shifts
Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness

Job Duties

Work well as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Practice safe food handling procedures
Maintain awareness of food allergens and take proper steps
Follow company policies and procedures
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
Uphold cash handling procedures
Possess and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
