Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
- experience in high volume or fast casual dining environment preferred
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for job functions
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers
- willingness to frequently immerse hands in water and chemical solutions

Job Duties
- Takes food and beverage orders
- places orders
- delivers orders
- checks back after delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- observes guests to respond to additional needs
- maintains table appearance by pre-bussing and checking drink levels
- removes clutter and provides napkins
- presents check for payment and provides change as needed
- follows HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies
- keeps station clean
- sets up and takes down station tables appropriately
