  • Serve beverages responsibly according to legal requirements
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Resolve issues or complaints maintaining professionalism
  • Approach guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Guide guests through the menu providing detailed descriptions of dishes
  • Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service
