Job Duties

- Engage in conversation to understand guests preferences and dietary restrictions
- Make knowledgeable recommendations and food and drink pairings
- Take accurate food and drink orders ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar to serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure proper food handling and presentation
- Serve beverages responsibly according to legal requirements
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Resolve issues or complaints maintaining professionalism
- Approach guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Guide guests through the menu providing detailed descriptions of dishes
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service
- Communicate guest feedback and special requests to kitchen staff
