Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- able to carry heavy trays and lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willing to wear personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years old
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- ability to handle physical demands of the job such as standing and carrying trays
- commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
- take accurate customer orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff
- ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- anticipate and respond to guest needs to enhance their dining experience
- handle customer complaints professionally and seek to resolve issues
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
