Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential duties
- Must complete Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days for California positions
- Must adhere to drug and alcohol policies
- Must successfully pass employment eligibility verification (E-Verify)
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California-based positions (can be obtained during training)
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
- Maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders
- Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments according to Outback standards
- Verify orders for accuracy and guest satisfaction prior to delivery
- Support the team by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and assisting in other restaurant areas
- Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure every customer has a memorable dining experience
