Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential duties
  • Must complete Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days for California positions
  • Must adhere to drug and alcohol policies
  • Must successfully pass employment eligibility verification (E-Verify)
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California-based positions (can be obtained during training)

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders
  • Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments according to Outback standards
  • Verify orders for accuracy and guest satisfaction prior to delivery
  • Support the team by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and assisting in other restaurant areas
  • Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure every customer has a memorable dining experience
