Job Duties
- Use menu and drink knowledge to guide guests to make perfect drink and food choices
- Deliver dining experience at the right pace for guests
- Work collaboratively with servers, food runners, and bartenders to provide friendly and attentive service
- Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that exceed guest expectations
- Demonstrate extensive menu and beverage knowledge
- Utilize sales techniques to enhance guest experience, upsell, and meet sales goals
- Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws and company policy
- Perform side work as assigned and maintain cleanliness
- Ensure timely, accurate processing of payments
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information
