Job Requirements

Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
Able to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing job duties
Eligible to complete Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days if based in California
Must be able to adhere to drug and alcohol policies
Must pass Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions (can be completed during training)

Job Duties

Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders
Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments following Outback standards
Check orders for accuracy and review with guests before handoff
Support team efforts by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and completing opportunities to WOW customers
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during shifts
Uphold safe food handling practices
