Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a server role preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old for 401(k) plan eligibility

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptionally distinctive dining experience by guiding guests through menus and providing beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate orders ensuring guest satisfaction
- Provide friendly and attentive service that encourages repeat visits
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and safe dining environments in adherence to health and safety standards
- Promote team member wellness and participate in maintaining high sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and precise order delivery
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
