Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a customer-facing service role preferred
strong communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
passion for delivering outstanding customer service
ability to stand and move for extended periods
willingness to learn and adhere to club policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

welcome guests and create a positive first impression
take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
provide detailed menu knowledge and recommend items to guests
communicate orders effectively to kitchen and bar staff
address and resolve guest concerns to maintain high service standards
ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout shifts
collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience
