Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience
- knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- valid driver's license
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift, carry, and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Provides excellent service in the dining room and banquet facilities with immediate attention given to all guests upon seating
- accurately and efficiently completes food and drink orders and service
- efficiently pours and refills all beverages including wine, coffee, water, and other beverages during service
- clears soiled dishes as needed
- sets up and cleans banquet rooms and dining room according to banquet event orders
- performs banquet set-up tasks as delegated by supervisor or manager
- cleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and dining room
- assists in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing soiled linens, bussing glasses, dishes, and silverware, vacuuming, cleaning and resetting the room for the next function
- perform additional duties as directed by a supervisor or manager
- other duties as assigned
