Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and staff
- ability to handle physical tasks including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
- ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
- willing to follow sanitation and food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Friendly with excellent customer service skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- prior restaurant experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- good personal hygiene and professional behavior

Job Duties
- Serve meals in a professional manner demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests
- follow safe food handling and sanitation practices
- perform all side work and setup or breakdown duties as assigned
- ensure residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion
- maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professional behavior
- wait on tables and assist other staff as needed
- tactfully and professionally handle resident concerns and complaints
- follow all Dining Services Standards of service
