Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
  • Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
  • Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and create a friendly dining atmosphere
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and make menu recommendations
  • Anticipate and promptly address guest needs and requests
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
