Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
Flexible availability to work various shifts
Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification are a plus
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a server is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and certifications are advantageous
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service
Create positive first impressions to build guest loyalty
Work as a team player with a can-do attitude to ensure guest satisfaction
Interact respectfully and thoughtfully with co-workers to maintain a positive work environment
Assist in upselling and promoting special menu items
