Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bartending or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of liquor types, recipes and prices
- Ability to handle cash and operate registers proficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Proven experience in bartending or a related role
- Knowledge of different types of liquor, drink recipes and pricing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems such as MICROS
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to resolve guest complaints professionally
Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisition, as necessary
- Must be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks
- Share any specials or make recommendations from the menu for the customer
- Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner
- Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery
- Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining a positive atmosphere at all times
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures to include proper discounting, MICROS system (or registers), bank procedures and tip policies
- Responsible for accurately charging the guests for drinks
- Responsible for accurate intake of all the monies
