Job Requirements

Ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing job duties
Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions (can be completed within 60 days of start)
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Commitment to comply with company drug and alcohol policies

Job Qualifications

Prior customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of food and beverage menus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills
Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California based positions (can be completed during training)
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
Possess extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders
Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments according to Outback standards
Check order accuracy and ensure guest satisfaction before handoff
Collaborate as a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and completing opportunities to WOW customers
Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts
