Job Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
Possess a passion for food, people, and the planet
Maintain an energetic attitude and personality
Know menu items thoroughly, including Taco Tuesday and Weekend Brunch menus
Ability to connect with guests and anticipate their needs
Willingness to take direction and work independently and with a team
Able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, squatting, and bending
Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily or as needed
Open-minded, honest, and willing to learn and develop
Have a personal passion for wellness and self-growth
Reliable transportation to and from work
Able to tolerate potential food allergens
Comply with proper cash handling and health and safety procedures
Perform opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities as required to maintain restaurant cleanliness and stock

Job Duties

Be an ambassador of Cali's mission and core values
Know the menu items inside out including Taco Tuesday and Weekend Brunch offerings
Organically connect with guests at their table and anticipate their needs
Take orders accurately and with a sense of urgency
Provide exceptional hospitality to all guests
Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and overall restaurant safety
Perform additional opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities as needed to keep the restaurant well-stocked and clean
Embody the company culture as an extension of the brand
Participate in community givebacks and events to stay engaged with local initiatives
