Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Physical capability to stand and walk for up to four hours at a time
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds safely
Willingness to wear protective gloves and face coverings during shifts
Ability to frequently wash hands and use disinfectants
Commitment to following health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Friendly and positive attitude
Commitment to providing excellent guest experience

Job Duties

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Handle and transport plates, glasses, and baskets safely between dining room and kitchen
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to expedite orders
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift
Adhere to workplace health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment
