Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
work days, nights and/or weekends as required
work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
lift and carry up to 30 pounds
move about facility and stand for long periods of time
walk or stand 100% of shift
reach, bend and stoop frequently
read and write handwritten notes

Job Qualifications

ability to communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the d&b experience
ability to operate Micros system including making changes, accurately conducting credit card transactions, and accounting for all monies at the end of each shift
friendly and timely greeting of newly seated guests
thorough understanding of all menu items and ability to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
ability to read and communicate in English
ability to follow company's sanitation procedures
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment
ability to work cooperatively with other team members to maintain a positive working environment

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company's sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change and maintaining adequate cash and coin for making change
follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
