Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to six hours
- good sense of balance and ability to bend, kneel, and react swiftly
- physical ability to lift bus pans, trays, and cases of food and beverage weighing up to 30 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- legal authorization to work
- reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- capable of lifting 15 to 30 pounds
- able to maintain fast-paced mobility between dining room and kitchen for the length of the shift
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
- strong attention to detail
- friendly and upbeat personality
Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests
- take and deliver orders promptly
- suggest menu items through suggestive selling
- responsibly serve alcohol according to policy
- deliver food and beverages using team delivery system
- receive payments and count back change accurately
- clear, clean, and reset dining tables
- assist in overall dining room maintenance and cleanliness
- maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout shifts
