Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
Flexible to work a variety of shifts
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Completion of alcohol and food safety training is preferred
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of craft beer culture is a plus
Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification is advantageous
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality by guiding guests through the menu and demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guest satisfaction
Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
Work as a team player with a can-do attitude to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery
