Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • At least one year of serving experience
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work varied shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and Sundays
  • Good command of English language
  • Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Continuous use of hands and arms
  • Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Maintain strong personal image and uniform standards

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
  • Minimum of one year serving experience
  • Bartending experience is a plus
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and Sundays
  • Good knowledge of English language with clear speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Alcohol service certification and Serve Safe certification are a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome and interact with guests appropriately
  • Take food and drink orders accurately
  • Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and timely setup of service area throughout shift
  • Provide knowledgeable information about the menus
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
  • Utilize sales tactics to upsell food and drinks
  • Handle cash and payments accurately
  • Communicate ordering needs to minimize shortages
  • Collaborate professionally with staff and management
  • Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene responsibly
