Job Requirements
- Ability to work long hours as needed
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently or constantly
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body and arms
- Capacity to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- Near vision ability to see details at close range

Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of progressive experience in food and beverage service
- ServSafe or Tips certification
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Set up and prepare the restaurant/lounge/cafe for service
- Keep the area clean and attractive during meal periods
- Perform cleaning duties including floors, tables, buffet, and sidework as the outlet closes
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive hosting service
- Upsell food and beverage items and make helpful menu suggestions
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and timely
- Follow safety and security policies and call management as needed
