Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must have state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety and allergen handling protocols

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by attending to customer needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
- maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions to better assist and upsell to guests
- follow all food safety procedures and allergen awareness protocols
- adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
