Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
must have state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
excellent customer service skills
ability to work in a team-oriented environment
physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
knowledge of food safety and allergen handling protocols

Job Qualifications

proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service by attending to customer needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience
operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions to better assist and upsell to guests
follow all food safety procedures and allergen awareness protocols
adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
