Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- committed to providing exceptional guest service
- capable of sustained physical activity including standing and walking for up to four hours
- able to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- able to wear protective equipment such as gloves and face coverings throughout shifts
- willing to comply with sanitization and hygiene policies
- flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team setting
- basic math skills and cash handling experience helpful
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety protocols
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- take accurate food and beverage orders and make menu recommendations
- anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs and requests
- deliver orders efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to health and safety standards
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
