Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • committed to providing exceptional guest service
  • capable of sustained physical activity including standing and walking for up to four hours
  • able to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
  • able to wear protective equipment such as gloves and face coverings throughout shifts
  • willing to comply with sanitization and hygiene policies
  • flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • basic math skills and cash handling experience helpful
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and make menu recommendations
  • anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs and requests
  • deliver orders efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to health and safety standards
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
