Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
basic math skills for processing payments
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

coordinate entire station and communicate with front and back-of-the-house personnel to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations
process guest orders accurately
observe diners to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
respond to additional guest requests promptly
observe when the meal has been completed to deliver bill and process payment
stock, remove, and reset dishes and silverware between courses
clean and reset vacated tables
complete assigned side work
