Job Duties
- have a thorough knowledge of the menu and the capability to provide genuine recommendations to diners
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and treat tables with the same care as if they were in your own home
- demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- handle spontaneous requests gracefully and confidently
- have familiarity with Toast POS systems and proficiency in using Resy or similar digital/online reservation platforms
- have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays
- maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation
