Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum one year of experience in full service restaurant environment
Ability to obtain required local health and liquor licenses
Neat, clean, and well groomed appearance
Flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Adherence to safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school education preferred
Minimum one year full service restaurant experience
Ability to obtain government required licenses or certificates such as local health department certification and state liquor control board certificate
CPR certification and/or first aid training preferred
Knowledge of food and beverage menu
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service orientation

Job Duties

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Maintain an outgoing, friendly, and courteous demeanor
Attend to guests by presenting menus, recommending food and beverages, and answering questions
Address guests' special dietary needs and requests
Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly by delivering from bar and kitchen
Maintain table settings by removing completed courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling beverages
Conclude the dining experience by thanking guests and inviting them to return
Deliver bills in a timely manner and accurately process payments
Interact positively with staff and guests to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
Assist in essential FOH duties including answering phones, managing to-go orders and payments, accepting reservations, greeting and seating guests, supporting food delivery, and helping bussers with table maintenance
