Job Requirements
- Prior serving, food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality experience is required
- must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure
- innate desire to serve and ability to maintain service and departmental standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, table settings, guest relations, and etiquette
- proficient in English for menu comprehension, recording orders, and guest communication
- ability to recall and promote menu items
- transport trays up to 30 lbs through crowded spaces
- ability to maintain professional demeanor and clean uniform
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests and explain specials and promotions
- record and input guest orders into the Point of Sale system, upselling with each opportunity
- retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments
- follow liquor regulations
- replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return
- complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments
- work as a team player and assist co-workers as needed
- perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager
