Job Requirements
- Prior serving, food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality experience is required
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure
- Innate desire to serve and ability to maintain service and departmental standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, table settings, guest relations, and etiquette
- Proficient in English for menu comprehension, recording orders, and guest communication
- Ability to recall and promote menu items
- Transport trays up to 30 lbs. through crowded spaces
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor and clean uniform
Job Qualifications
- Prior serving, food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality experience

- Proficient in English for menu comprehension, recording orders, and guest communication

Job Duties
- Greet guests and explain specials and promotions
- Record and input guest orders into the Point of Sale system, upselling with each opportunity
- Retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments
- follow liquor regulations
- Replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments
- Work as a team player and assist co-workers as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager
