Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel part of the Olive Garden family
- Take and accurately serve food and beverage orders while following health and safety guidelines
- Share knowledge of Italian cuisine, menu items, and wine pairings with guests
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards in all interactions and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
