Job Requirements

Job Duties

- Manage personal bank and financial transactions accurately
- Follow alcohol awareness and intoxication prevention procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and alert management if necessary
- Greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- Enter orders into Micros POS system accurately
- Ensure proper garnishing and delivery of food trays
- Work efficiently with full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- Assist in party set up and breakdown
- Buss and reset tables
- Support team members as needed
- Complete station side work at shift start and end
- Participate in incentives and contests
- Follow portion guidelines for cost control
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction with timely service
- Maintain station cleanliness
- Foster cooperative, harmonious working relationships
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Operate Micros system and conduct accurate credit card transactions
