Job Requirements
- Minimum two years serving experience
- Experience in high-end casual or fine dining preferred
- Knowledge of food, wine, and whiskey
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Maintain current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Guide guests throughout the entire dining experience
- Recommend the perfect wine, whiskey, or handcrafted cocktail to pair with meals
- Provide exceptional southern hospitality to create regular guests
- Maintain knowledge about the farm-to-fork stories behind the menu
- Shine silverware and polish glassware
- Ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
