This particular role is for a Server, a vital position within the food and beverage team responsible for delivering exceptional service to club Members and guests. The Server's primary duty is to provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards and quality associated with Invited’s brand. A key aspect of the role includes maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials, as well as possessing an in-depth understanding of the various liquors, beers, and wines offered at the club. This knowledge enables the Server to confidently answer questions, make recommendations, and enhance the guest experience.

Working closely with other team members, the Server helps foster an environment of cooperation and attentiveness that drives member and guest satisfaction and retention. The role demands a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The Server must be comfortable working both indoors and occasionally outdoors, adapting to different service environments as needed.

Invited seeks individuals who have prior experience in food and beverage service, along with relevant certifications such as Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certificates required by state and local regulations. Successful candidates will have completed food and beverage service training and demonstrate articulate communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for the position.
