Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Commitment to making an impact in the guest experience
- Ability to exert mobility for long periods of up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap during shift
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Friendly and positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Make menu recommendations and provide detailed information about menu items
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and professionally
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction from the moment they enter until they leave
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies
