Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Must comply with health and safety standards and team wellness protocols

Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting advantageous but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or items as needed

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional guest service by providing friendly, attentive, and personalized service
Guide guests through menus by making knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the system
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all dining areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Uphold health and safety protocols to maintain a safe dining environment
