Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Food handler certification as required by state and city
- Alcohol server certification as required by state and city
- Completed food and beverage service training
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively

Job Duties
- Responsible for food and beverage service to members and guests, adhering to the company standards of service
- Comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials
- Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the club
- Take orders and fulfill them in a timely manner
- Work closely with other team members to ensure member and guest satisfaction
- Display a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Ensure compliance with food handler and alcohol server regulations
