Job Duties

- Guide guests in selecting food and beverage items
- Greet newly seated guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Ring up orders accurately on the computer
- Follow responsible alcohol sales procedures to prevent intoxication
- Place accurate orders and attend to guest needs when delivering food and beverage
- Check back after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- Observe guests to respond to additional needs
- Maintain table appearance while practicing silent service
- Attend pre-shift meetings according to schedule
- Comply with company sanitation procedures
- Keep the manager informed of any problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- Perform all duties in a timely and effective manner per company policies
