Job Requirements

ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be at least 18 years old
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
dependable and punctual
basic math skills for handling transactions
team-oriented mindset
adherence to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a customer service or food service role is advantageous
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus
aptitude for multitasking and attention to detail
commitment to providing excellent guest experiences

Job Duties

greet and seat guests with a friendly attitude
provide menu guidance and answer guest questions about food and wine

handle guest concerns and resolve issues swiftly
