Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or food industry preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
good communication skills
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
gusto for learning about Italian cuisine and wines
positive and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

greet guests and present menus upon arrival
take accurate food and beverage orders
deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
provide detailed knowledge of menu items including dishes and wines
ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly
maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
process payments and handle cash transactions
