Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them timely to the kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by anticipating needs and providing attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage guest flow and service quality
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Follow all health and safety regulations especially regarding the service of alcohol
