Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work full-time day shift

- Willingness to perform closing and cleaning duties
- Ability to assist guests with special dietary needs and disabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including lifting and prolonged standing
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
- Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining ware
- Complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
- Present accurate checks and process payments
- Follow all company safety and security policies
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Read and verify information in various formats
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects as required
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
