Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred
- Food handler certification as required by state and city
- Alcohol server certification as required by state and city
- Completed food and beverage service training
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments

Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests adhering to company service standards
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Have clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the club
- Take orders and fulfill them in a timely manner
- Coordinate and work closely with other team members to ensure member and guest satisfaction
- Maintain positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Adhere to food handler and alcohol server regulations as required by state and city
