Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred
- Food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city
- Completed food and beverage service training
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working indoors and occasionally outdoors

Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests adhering to company standards
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Demonstrate clear knowledge of various liquors, beers, and wines available at the club
- Take orders accurately and fulfill them in a timely manner
- Work closely and coordinate with other team members to ensure member and guest satisfaction
- Display a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Follow state and city regulations regarding food handler and alcohol server certifications
