Job Requirements
- At least ten years restaurant experience
- Knowledge of bar and restaurant service and pleasant attitude
- Ability to stand for nine hours
- Ability to perform all job functions while wearing specified uniform including proper footwear
- Good hearing for accurate communication
- Command of the English language
- Basic computer usage skills
- Alertness to guest needs
- Ability to carry and lift trays up to 40 pounds
- Beliefs and behaviors that reflect integrity and discipline
Job Qualifications
- At least ten years of restaurant experience
- Knowledge of bar and restaurant service
- Good command of the English language

- Ability to pass state alcohol certification examination with a grade of 90% or higher
- Ability to carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds
- Pleasant and flexible attitude towards new ideas
- Good hearing for accurate communication
- Demonstrated integrity and discipline
- Ability to work standing for up to nine hours
Job Duties
- Perform dining room set-up, running side work and closing duties
- Maintain accurate product knowledge including allergens
- Serve guests according to steps in service and scripts as trained
- Responsible for table maintenance and dining room cleanliness
- Compute guest checks and operates the P.O.S. computerized cash register system when accepting payments
- Lawfully declares tips according to tip declaration procedure
- Maintain dining room and service area safety and sanitation
- Must pass state alcohol certification examination
- Must pass all tests with a grade of 90% or higher
- Perform job functions with accordance to performance standards
- Attend all Ambassador meetings and bring suggestions for improvements
- Maintain clean and professional appearance at all times
- Work with "Team Work" always in mind
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team
