Job Requirements

High energy and positive, friendly attitude

Job Duties

Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience
Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails
Ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team
Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash
Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties
Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up
Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift
Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team
Run food and drinks to guests’ tables and offer refills and to-go supplies whenever needed
Help teammates out wherever possible
Learn something new everyday
