Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand and move about the facility for entire shift
Able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Frequent reaching, bending and stooping required
Comply with company dress code and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to operate point of sale (POS) systems such as Micros
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to handle cash and perform accurate financial transactions
Team player with positive attitude
Ability to read and write English proficiently
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual situations and take corrective actions
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company sanitation procedures
Manage personal bank, operate credit card machines and handle financial transactions accurately
Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication
Assess guest demeanor and escalate concerns to management
Greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders accurately
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and preparation
Enter orders into Micros system quickly and accurately
Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
Work efficiently following "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
Assist with party setup, breakdown, bussing and resetting tables
Support other team members as needed
Complete station side work and sales tasks during shifts
Participate in incentives and contests to drive sales
Follow portion control guidelines for cost management
Check back with guests regularly to maintain satisfaction
Keep station clean and organized
Maintain positive working relationships with team members
Communicate effectively to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
Operate Micros and conduct cash and credit card transactions accurately
Communicate clearly in English
Adhere to dress code and maintain professional appearance
Be at least 18 years old
